摘要：Background: Acute lumbar sprain usually results from improper posture and more fierce force when working, which can result in spasm of muscule and fracture of soft tissue.Mannual massage can eliminate local lumbar spasm,restore contortion of muscular fiber, improve congestion and swelling,and promote blood circulation so as to reach the purpose of regulating vital energy,activating blood circulation and analgesia,and restoring function. Objective: To discuss the treatment effect of manual massage matching function training for acute lumbar sprain.
