摘要：To improve ADL,quality of life,and realize goal of returning society,we performed rehabilitation therapy centralized on facilitation on 40 stroke patients and obtained good therapeutic effect.Here is the report. 1 Subject and method 1.1 Subject 80 inpatients with stroke recruited during 1997～ 2000 were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group,each group having 40 cases.Patients in rehabilitation group were 45～ 74 years of age(mean age:56 years) including 32 men and 8 women.13 cases in rehabilitation group suffered from cerebral hemorrhage,27 from cerebral infarction,22 from left paralysis,and 18 from right paralysis.Patients in control group were 43～ 75 years of age(mean age:55 years) including 29 men and 11 women.24 cases in rehabilitation group suffered from cerebral hemorrhage,18 from cerebral infarction,24 from left paralysis,and 18 from right paralysis.All diagnoses were carried out according with 4th national cerebrovascular disease meeting of China in 1995[1] and confirmed by CT or MRI.
